Reader2Twitter is a free service that allows us to synchronize our shared items in Google Reader with our Twitter account. Registration is done through OAuth and shared addresses are reduced through j.mp. You can also bit.ly if you have account on it.

Reader2Twitter gives you 3 options to synchronize
  1. Share all items
  2. Shared items only with notes (either using "share with note" or bookmarklet "Note in Reader")
  3. Share only the notes.

You can also customize the format of the parameters of tweets title (title), address and note (url) (comment). You can also add in addition custom message to that tweet like (the typical "interesting" or "From my Reader.")

The service makes use of the protocol pubsubhubbub, so timing is supposedly real-time, but when tested, I've noticed a delay of minutes. Of course, as recently as Twitter goes, you can not ask a lot of accuracy in these things. Leaving this aside, the service meets the small task that offered and easy to use.

Try Reader2Tweet here.

When you Right Click in windows, its Shell gives you those default options which Microsoft developers thought will be helpful to every user, and they are helpful. But there are some options which are useful to one user but is useless to another. So to customize your Right Click menu the following three applications lets you perform various actions and customizations which can speedup your process.

Your Menu

Your Menu allows you to add custom menu items that display when you right-click on a Windows 7 desktop. It offers two different ways in which programs links can be added from the Windows Explorer context menu. You can add a single program or create a customized sub-menu for adding multiple types of applications’ links in right-click context menu.

The context menu is handled directly from within the Windows Explorer interface and does not require additional software to run in the background. It does not modify the registry; rather, it creates a registry file you double-click to install yourself. This way you know exactly what changes have been made. In addition, an undo file is also created so that you can remove any entries that you created with Your Menu.

Download Your Menu Here

WindowMenuPlus

Moo0 WindowMenuPlus lets you have extra useful menus in every window's "system window menu". It's the menu that you can access through right-clicking on any window's title bar or taskbar button. This tool can add extra menus there such as "Keep on Top", "Transparency Adjustment", "Process Priority Adjustment", "Various Information about the Program" and so forth. Also, you can configure not to show some menus that you don't use.

You can choose what useful menus you want.
